How do I make a booking?

We use a secure online booking system, once you’ve found your property and dates, you can book quickly online. We’ll take 25% of the balance as a deposit, and then the remainder is due 45 days before your holiday.

 

Is the availability calendar up to date?

Yes, the calendars should always be up to date. The property owners are easily able to access and update the calendars for their properties, and we ensure that they do so promptly so that you can make a booking when you wish.

 

What happens if I need to cancel?

The deposit is non refundable but you will be refunded a portion of the balance paid, depending on when you cancel. Please check our T&Cs for further details.

 

When is the balance payment due and who do I pay?

Once the deposit is paid, any further payment is due directly to the property owner. We will put you in touch with the owner so that you can communicate with them about how to make the final payment.

 

Why do I have to provide a security deposit?

Our property owners will take a security deposit on check in, and it is simply to cover against any damages beyond the usual wear & tear. The deposit is returned to you when you check out, once the owner has checked over the property.

 

How do I get access to the property?

Once you’ve made a booking, we’ll put you in contact with the property owner who will arrange to meet you and provide keys.

 

Who can I contact if I have any questions during my stay?

The property owner will be your main point of contact during your stay, and we will provide you with full details once you have made your booking.

 

Do I need to bring anything with me for the property, eg bedlinen or towels?

All of our properties are provided with bedlinen and towels. It will state in the property details whether there are additional items such as hairdryers or ironing boards. If you are unsure on what to bring, you will have the owner’s details, so that you can always get in touch directly to ask.
