An elegant basement bar, light and airy and blossoming with florals. The entrance to Copper Blossom is easy to miss, as it's tucked around the corner from George Street on North Castle Street. With a beautiful mix of classic and modern cocktails on the menu.

In a Georgian townhouse on George Street, The Printing Press pays homage to the capitals rich literary heritage whilst offering relaxed and stylish surroundings. Bramble is on Queen Street, parallel to George Street. The basement bar is a little tricky to find, but worth the effort. This softly-lit, intimate cocktail bar has an ever-changing menu to tantalise the tastebuds. Frequently voted as one of the best cocktail bars in Edinburgh!

Right at the end of Queen Street, Panda & Sons is a little Edinburgh secret. Disguised as a Barbers Shop, you enter this hidden bar via a concealed door that looks like a bookcase. Once inside, the atmosphere is warm and the cocktails are fun and inventive.
