One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.

This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. A damage deposit of £650 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages or deductions one week after your departure.

This area is part of the original plans for the New Town designed by James Craig. He implemented a grid-style pattern to make travel around the area as simple as possible. His portrait is hanging in the near by National Portrait Gallery. With plenty of lovely little lanes and mews houses you can spend an afternoon looking around, and local grassy areas you will never be short of things to do. There are lovely local restaurants like Stac Polly which offer Modern Scottish Cuisine and bars such as The Stand Comedy Club which offers live comedy shows.
This apartment is ideal for those who visit without car. There is parking spaces outside of the property which are pay parking.
