This beautiful Edinburgh holiday home is located on Buckingham Terrace, an elegant Victorian tree-lined crescent. Positioned in the West End near Dean Village, it's close to the leafy Water of Leith and the quirky independent shops, restaurants and cafes of Stockbridge. While the bustling New Town streets Princes Street and George Street are only a short walk away.

On entering, you'll be greeted by a lovely, spacious hallway, which leads you into the flat.
The large sitting room has comfortable sofas, a widescreen Smart TV with Netflix and electric fire. Plus a dining area to seat 4, by tall windows. A beautiful kitchen, contemporary in design, includes a sociable breakfast bar and windows overlooking the rear gardens.
The main bedroom is sizeable, with a king-size bed and great views to the front of Buckingham Terrace. The bright second bedroom with double bed is off the kitchen area. Both bedrooms have memory foam comfort mattresses and contain wardrobes and chest of drawers for ample storage. The modern tiled bathroom has a deep compact bath and overhead shower.
Buckingham Terrace is a very grand Victorian street in the West End near the pretty Dean Village, the bars and restaurants of Stockbridge, and bustling New Town shops and attractions. Our Edinburgh holiday home is within walking distance of Princes Street, George Street, the Water of Leith, Georgian House, Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art and Edinburgh Gin Distillery.
The flat is located in the West End of the city centre, with local bus routes nearby. The closest train station is Haymarket, which is a 20-minute walk or 8-minute taxi ride. There are also bus and tram links to Edinburgh Airport from Haymarket.
As this is a city centre property, parking is restricted to roadside paid meter Monday to Friday, with a maximum stay of 4 hours between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm. Or, the long stay NCP Car Park on Castle Terrace is around a 15-minute walk away.
